Client: A company launching mobile CCTV towers equipped with advanced monitoring systems

Challenge:

The client needed a local technical support partner to assist with the design and launch of their new mobile CCTV tower sales. The client required a technician who could install and configure the necessary equipment to ensure seamless communication between devices. The mobile towers were equipped with a range of security and surveillance tools, including a CCTV monitoring system, external speakers, a monitoring station modem, a signal light, an intruder alarm, a safe, and a radio antenna.

Solution:

Our technician successfully installed all the provided equipment in the mobile tower and configured the devices to ensure smooth communication between the monitoring station and the client. The CCTV system records continuous footage in high resolution 24/7, with data stored for up to one month. When the system detects a line crossing in the camera view, it sends a notification to the monitoring station and the client’s mobile app, while also activating a flashing light and a pre-recorded voice message.

The system allows both the monitoring station and the client to view live footage from the cameras and communicate through the external speaker using the microphone on a mobile device. Additionally, the intruder alarm triggers a siren and sends a notification to the client’s app if someone attempts to break into the tower. The advanced cameras are capable of object recognition, identifying people, vehicles, and vehicle number plates.

Results:
